Video Submissions
Kia ora, We're accepting video submissions for the first time. We're trialing how this new option works so let us know what you think!
There are a few things to consider:
You must state your name in your submission just like you would for a written submission. You might also want to say your city or town - ie. Invercargill, Bluff or somewhere else.
Make sure you do not reveal any private information about yourself you don't want others to know - e.g. your address. Make sure this isn't revealed in your video based on where you film.
Don't use offensive language or defame anyone. Its ok to criticize Council but don't name people including our Councillors or Staff in your video. If you do, we will not be able to post it.
Video size must not exceed 30MB or be longer than three minutes.
Remember - all submissions are available to the public through the Council agenda and website.
If you need help give us a call on 03 211 1777 and ask for Adina McDowall.
