We are Planning to Make Some Changes!

Pomona Street Playground is located in the heart of South Invercargill. Located in Georgetown, on the corner of Pomona and Centre Streets, the space is adjacent to the Centre Street shops, Knox Church, and near several primary and secondary schools. Council is aware that the space has not been updated for many years, and, in line with the outcomes of Council's Play Strategy, is embarking on a full renewal of the space.

As Council makes decisions about how we can upgrade the space, we want to hear from regular users, as well as neighbours to the space, about what is important to you, and what we can do to make it a great space for everyone to enjoy

Feedback will close at 5 pm on 21 November 2025. Let us know your thoughts in the survey below.
