How do I make a Submission on the Exchange of Land?
Written submissions can be made via the link at the bottom of this page.
There will be forms available at Queens Park, Te Hinaki Civic Administration Building, Esk Street and at the Invercargill Public Library.
You can also email the Parks and Recreation Team at parks.recreation@icc.govt.nz.

What are the outcomes of exchanging land?
In the long term, Council sees this as an opportunity for developing active transport and enhancing connections and beautification along the corridor between Bluff Highway and Rockdale Road.
Land for roading will be widened or developed into safer intersections.
When do submissions close?
Submissions for both the road stopping and exchange of land processes close 5pm 10 May 2024
